We work with wood (MDF, plywood, hardwood), acrylic (clear, frosted, colored), foam/HDU for large lightweight pieces, and PVC. We also do material combinations like wood + acrylic with LED backlighting.
Most projects take 1-3 weeks from design approval to installation. Simple signs can be done in under a week. Large custom panels and multi-piece installations may take 3-4 weeks.
Yes. We offer professional installation throughout the Los Angeles area. Every sign comes with mounting hardware, and we ensure it's level, secure, and looks exactly as designed.
Most sign shops work with vinyl plotters and flatbed printers — essentially 2D graphics. We use a large-format 3-axis CNC (67" × 98") and a 100W laser to carve, cut, and build true 3D dimensional elements from solid materials. The result is a tactile, high-end piece that flat printing can't replicate.
