Pattern Styles

Hexagonal tessellations create a modern, structured look popular in tech offices and co-working spaces. Parametric wave patterns — generated from mathematical curves — produce organic flowing surfaces that catch light at every angle. Diamond and chevron repeats add bold directionality. We design custom patterns from scratch or adapt reference images into CNC-ready toolpaths. Geometric designs are one of the most requested styles in our 3D wall panels collection.

Materials & Scale

Geometric panels are carved from MDF (for painted finishes), Baltic birch plywood (for exposed edge layers), or solid hardwood (for natural grain). Our CNC bed handles sheets up to 5x10 feet, allowing full-wall panels with no visible seams. For larger installations, we design interlocking tile systems with precision alignment pins for gap-free assembly on site.

Applications & Finishing

Feature walls behind reception desks, conference room focal walls, restaurant interiors, and retail accent zones. Panels are finished with spray lacquer (matte or satin), custom paint colors, or clear coat over natural wood.
